I have an issue with my product what can I do?
We quality check all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident in what are packing before we send. Leather is a natural material and as such variations in colour, texture, grain, marks and creases are part of this material’s unique characteristic. If however you have any issues with your purchase we are happy to look at the issue and repair or replace the product for you. I did not purchase my product with any personalisation and would like to return or exchange it, what do I do?
If you have purchased an item from us without any personalisation we are happy to provide you with an exchange or refund on the item once returned to us if it is in the same condition as when we sent it to you.
Please reach out to our team at www.dabchicdesigns.com for with your order/ receipt details within 7 days of purchase, we will assist with how to send the item back to us or you can return the item to us. Unfortunately you will be liable for shipping costs on returns unless the purchase is faulty.
